Corporate Governance

The Directors have regard to the operative provisions set out in Section 1 of the Combined Code. However the Company currently only has 2 Directors and no employees and therefore full compliance with the Combined Code has not been achieved.

As there are only 2 Directors, the Board has decided neither an Audit Committee nor a Remuneration Committee are currently required.
